(Ref.1) The RSPCA Ambulance is maintained by the Branch to serve the animals in North Devon. Branch Animal Officers respond to calls from the RSPCA National Call Centre to attend animals which are sick, injured or have been abandoned by their owners. Officers also deliver animals to the vets for neutering or treatment, collect unwanted animals for re-homing and offer animal husbandry advice. |
(Ref.2) Branch Animal Officers work closely with Inspectors and assist with many rescue operations. The Ambulance is fully equipped and Officers are able to deal with most emergency situations. The service is provided and financed entirely by the RSPCA North Devon Branch and relies on the donations kindly given by the public to continue functioning. |

(Ref.3) Please help us to keep the RSPCA Ambulance on the road by sending a donation to: The RSPCA Ambulance Fund, RSPCA North Devon Branch, 7 Brannam Crescent, Roundswell Commercial Park, Barnstaple, Devon EX31 3TD. THANK YOU! |
